FETO Natural in Filo Pastry Baskets

Finger food for your summer party

  • Makes 12 baskets

Cut the FETO Natural, the vegetables and the fruits into cubes. Cut the filo pastry sheet diagonally, grease the moulds of the baking sheet with margarine, put the pastry into the greased moulds. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper (or chili) and put into the filo pastry baskets. 

Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven at 190º C.




200 g Taifun FETO Natural
small tomatoes
1 small onion/shallot
1/2 mango
dates (or dried plums)
some salt and pepper (or chili)
1 tbsp sesame oil
some coriander
6 sheets vegan frozen filo pastry
some  margarine
