Tofu-Kimchi-Sandwich

With pea spread, cream cheese and crunchy plant sprouts

Ingredients

2 Tofu-Filets Garden Peas
4 tbsp pea spread or bottled hummus
4 tbsp vegan cream cheese or vegan mayo
4 tbsp kimchi 
2–4 tbsp fresh plant sprouts 
2 bread rolls (or baguette, sliced bread or similar)

Zubereitung

Cut open the bread rolls lengthways. Spread one half with a thick layer of pea spread or hummus and the other half with vegan cream cheese or vegan mayonnaise.

Distribute the kimchi evenly over the bottom half. Heat the Tofu-Filets Garden Peas in the frying pan as desired, then cut into strips or slices and place them on the bread rolls.

Sprinkle with sprouts and cover with the other half of the bread.
