"Flammkuchen" with FETO Herb

"Flammkuchen" with FETO Herb


Mix flour, water, yeast, oil and some salt, knead the dough until smooth, leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Mix soya cream and cashew butter in a high cup with a blender until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread onto the rolled out dough. Cut the FETO Herb into small cubes and the onions into fine strips. Add both and bake for 8 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 220º C. Then sprinkle with chopped parsley.

100 mlwater
3 gdry yeast
2 tbspoil
2onions, red or white
140 mlsoya cream
80 gcashew / almond butter
somesalt and pepper
