FETO Herb in Mustard Sauce


Cut the FETO Herb into cubes and the onion and the celery stalk into fine cubes. Saute the onion and celery cubes in oil. Cut the apple or pear into slices. Add the FETO cubes, some chopped or pressed garlic and then the fruit slices and continue sauteing.

Add the white wine and then the mustard and the capers. Pour in the soya cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. Decorate to taste with dill, parsley or chervil.

Serve with (parboiled) rice, mashed or boiled potatoes.
