Customer complaints – we take care of them!

Even though we at Taifun Tofu strive for the highest quality and care in production, it might happen that something does not go as planned. Fortunately, this happens rarely. However, should a complaint arise, we want to ensure that you receive the best possible support.


This is how a complaint works at Taifun:

1. Start of the complaints process
If you notice something odd with one of our products or if you are not satisfied, you can get in touch with us using our contact form. We will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.

2. Receipt of the complaint
As soon as we receive your message, we check it carefully and look at the case in detail.

3. Analysis of the cause of the complaint
We keep a retained sample of each batch of our tofu in the cold store. In the event of a complaint, we use this sample for investigation. We also check our production records for possible anomalies and carry out further investigations if necessary.

4. Measures for improvement
Once we have found the cause, we coordinate with the relevant departments and initiate targeted measures to ensure that the problem does not occur again.

5. Feedback & little thank you
Once the audit has been completed, you will receive feedback from us explaining how we have dealt with your complaint. You will also receive a small surprise as a thank you for your note.
