We bring a touch of the Mediterranean Sea and Mediterranean delight to your table: Fermented tofu cubes, marinated in cold-pressed oil, seasoned with fine herbs, dried tomatoes and exquisite Greek olives. The fermentation gives the tofu a pleasantly mild sour touch, which finds its peak of perfection combined with the oil, herbs and vegetables.
